Yavapai College's Literary Southwest will be bringing award winning author Silvia Moreno-Garcia to the Boyd Tenney Library at the Prescott Campus on February 24, 2023.  

In honor of this event, the Literary Southwest has teamed up with Yavapai College's Art Gallery to hold an exhibition based on her book "Mexican Gothic". "Mexican Gothic" takes place in a small mining town in Mexico during the 1950s. 

Artists who are residents or students in Arizona are encouraged to submit up to 2 artworks in 2D or 3D – painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, jewelry, videos, mixed media, etc. 

Submissions are due on Friday, Feb. 3, 2023 11:59pm.
