Professor Kelley E. Foy is an Arizona based furniture designer, maker, chef, and serial entrepreneur. 

With more than 20 years as a furniture designer and custom furniture maker, Kelley continues to work with individual clients, interior designers, and architects to create beautiful high end custom furniture. In the spaces between, she has explored the food culture phenomena from the inside out as the owner, designer, and operator of two acclaimed restaurants in Jerome, and Old Town Cottonwood, Arizona. Kelley earned a Fine Arts Degree at Arizona State University.

Professor Foy came to work for Yavapai College as an adjunct in 2012 while running her restaurant in Cottonwood and has managed the Verde Campus Art Gallery since 2016. Foy is also the Executive Gelato Chef and serves as a consultant for Merkin Vineyards and Caduceus Cellars.

Foy's work has been featured in Phoenix Home and Garden Magazine, Arizona Foothills Magazine, Phoenix Magazine, Arizona Highways, Sedona Monthly, and Sunset Magazine.
